CRS 2025 Annual Meeting and Exposition
Registration Cancellation Policy
In the event of attendee cancellation, refunds are subject to a USD $200 processing fee through May 23, 2025. After May 23, 2025, all monies will be retained by the CRS with the option to carry over the 2026 Annual Meeting & Exposition without a year extension. The exception to this standard would be the passing of an immediate family member or personal illness.
Validation must be submitted with the cancellation request and are still subject to a USD $200 processing fee through June 20, 2025. After June 20, 2025, there will be no exceptions for cancellations. Refunds will be processed and remitted after the Annual Meeting & Exposition is completed.
*Registrants from 2024 (Bologna, Italy) canceling before May 23, 2025, will receive a refund, minus the admin fee of $400 (admin fee from 2024/2025). If canceling after May 23, 2025, will receive $0 USD . Balance can be applied to membership for future years. Non-transferable to another registrant. A visa rejection letter along with proof of 2024 registration payment must be submitted for 2024 refund.
