Our group is a vibrant community committed to highlighting the accomplishments and supporting the career advancement of women in the fields of Delivery Science and Technology.

Our mission is focused on cultivating a supportive atmosphere that promotes professional growth at all stages of one's career. We are dedicated to becoming a prominent advocate in the realms of science, education, translation, and business, emphasizing and enhancing the contributions of women in our sector.

We invite everyone to attend our feature event at the CRS 2025 Annual Meeting, which will showcase talks by the esteemed winners of the Women in Science and Rising Women in Science awards. These presentations promise to be both enlightening and motivational, reflecting the ground breaking work and achievements of our awardees. As we have emphasized over recent years, we invite men and women alike to attend and participate, as community, connection, and collaboration are vital to our professional journeys.

We further highlight the women leaders of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) and Young Scientist Committees (YSC), as both groups have organized a number of events to foster engagement, learning, and networking opportunities. We warmly encourage you to participate in these events, as they offer unique opportunities to connect with peers, mentors, and leaders in our field. It is through such engagements that we can share knowledge, experiences, and support each other.

Notably, we are planning to invite a web series of short testimonials from the CRS 2025 Annual Meeting invited speakers and CRS leadership to share their journey with balancing work and life. The series will be complemented by a WIS webinar “Breaking barriers: a fireside chat on women in science, diversity, and inclusion”.
