Poster presenters will have the opportunity to present their posters throughout all scheduled exhibit hall & poster hours. The most important time for poster presenters to be by their poster is during their desginated poster judging hours. All poster presenters will be visited by two (2) poster judges that are both a senior & junior scientific professional. They will evaluate all posters according to:

Please refer to the poster judging notifications sent you by the AMPC that contains your assigned judging schedule and poster group code. It contains important information to assist you with completing your poster evaluations.

Poster Presenters: If one or both of your assigned poster judges do not arrive during your scheduled judging time, please complete and submit this form here within 30 minutes of the end of your session. A makeup judging session will be held on Thursday morning and afternoon. Once your submission is received, a member of the AMPC will contact you as soon as possible with details about your rescheduled session.
Poster Judges: If a poster judge is unable to evaluate their assigned posters, please direct message the AMPC immediately via the CRS Mobile App (Under Attendees):

Top (3) Poster Awards – $200 each Voted on by meeting attendees, these awards highlight the most engaging, impactful, and well-communicated posters from the audience perspective. How to vote: Cast your vote through the CRS mobile app by using the heart rating (1 to 5) on your favorite poster presentations. Browse posters on the ePoster gallery, engage with presenters, and vote for those that stand out. ⏰ Don’t miss out! Cast your vote by Thursday, June 17 at 4 PM. Winners will be announced during the closing session.

Engage. Interact. Win! For each poster session, attendees can pick up a Poster Bingo card at the Poster Booth near the exhibit hall entrance. Visit posters that match your bingo grid, interact with presenters, and once you complete a row, return your card to claim a prize! Prizes include: CRS water bottle, CRS lip balm, CRS fan, Other surprise swag (First come, first served) |

Poster Judges will be given gold star stickers to reward their favorite posters. A poster presentation that receives (10) star stickers or more can stop by the Poster Booth to receive a CRS swag prize! (First come, first served) |
