Artificial Intelligence and Predictive Models
Preclinical characterization of monoclonal antibody (mAb) pharmacokinetics (PK) is essential for clinical translation, and a variety of mouse models with different immune system knockouts are applied to study mAb PK in the absence of immunogenicity. Mathematical models are commonly applied to quantify mAb PK; however, the specific effects of immune system knockouts have yet to be analyzed with these methods. Here, we generated a detailed PK dataset of the mAb 3BNC117 in various mouse models and developed a mathematical model to provide mechanistic insights into the observed differences.
