(108) Novel Integrated PBPK-IVIVC Framework for Predicting Human PK of Sustained-Release Formulations

Introduction:

This study aimed to develop an innovative modeling framework that seamlessly integrates physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) principles with in vitro-in vivo correlation (IVIVC) methodology to predict human pharmacokinetics of sustained-release formulations, using ruxolitinib as a model compound.
