(120) Cluster differentiation-modified liposomes for lung targeted anti-inflammatory therapy
Introduction: Inhalable nanocarriers represent a promising approach for the treatment of respiratory and inflammatory diseases affecting the pulmonary system, with the potential to prevent disease progression and minimize tissue damage. Here, we propose a liposome modified with a cluster of differentiation protein for targeted anti-inflammatory therapy.
Learning Objectives:
Develop a liposome with modified surface using a cluster differentiation protein.
Understand what the implications and importance of inhalable nanoparticles for respiratory diseases.
