(174) Preparation of PAMAM Dendrimer-based Nanoclusters for Enhanced Gene Delivery Application

Introduction: Gene therapy has been emerging for the treatment of cancer in addition to other therapeutic modalities. However, development of a gene delivery system to achieve a high gene transfection efficiency with low toxicity to the targeted cells still remains to be a challenge task. Nowadays, the non-viral vectors are usually employed for successful gene delivery applications.(1,2)

  • Conduct in vitro and in vivo assay.
