Nanomedicine and Nanoscale Delivery (Focus Group - NND)
Cell-cell interactions are fundamental to biological processes and have significant implications for therapeutic nanomedicine. Utilizing these principles, we developed hybrid lipid nanoparticles (HLNPs) coated with tumor antigen-primed dendritic cell membranes to augment post-surgical tumor immunotherapy. Additionally, cell-mimetic nanomaterials are being explored for their potential in selective metabolic modulation, particularly in adipose tissues. This study highlights how biomimetic nanoparticles can be strategically designed for immune and metabolic applications.
