Introduction: Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) are essential for delivering nucleic acids, especially mRNA vaccines, by safeguarding mRNA from degradation, improving cellular uptake, and facilitating efficient protein translation (1,2). Composed of ionizable lipids, structural lipids such as DSPC, cholesterol, and PEG-lipid conjugates, LNPs are stabilized for enhanced biodistribution (3). This work aims to investigate how different ionizable lipids affect LNP performance in vitro.
