Oral Delivery (Focus Group - OrD)
Orodispersible films (ODFs) present an efficient drug delivery system, enhancing patient compliance, cost-effectiveness, and facilitating emergency medication through a non-invasive oral route. This project focuses on formulating ODFs for Proteolysis Targeting Chimera (PROTAC) ARV-110, aiming to improve its solubility. ARV-110 faces significant challenges due to its low solubility, as it exceeds the "Rule of Five" molecular criteria. By enhancing solubility, ODFs pave the way for effective oral delivery of PROTACs [1, 2, 3].
