Development and clinical translation of dendrimer nanomedicines for CNS and retinal disorders

This presentation will highlight novel translational approaches to target specific cells at the site of pathology both in the brain and the retina. Key in vivo studies and path to translation along with summary of successful Phase 2 clinical trials in severe COVID and age-related macular degeneration will be discussed.
