Engineering Human PEG10-based Nanoparticles for RNA Self-packaging, Delivery and Cancer Therapy
Thursday, July 17, 2025
6:19 PM – 6:30 PM EDT
Introduction: PEG10 protein was recently uncovered to self-assemble and self-package its own mRNA into nanoparticles, but the particles require expensive transfection for production and have yet to be explored for cancer therapy.
Learning Objectives:
At the completion of this activity, participants will know
Upon completion, participant will be able to capture a new concept to self-package RNA
Upon completion, participant will be able to learn how to engineer the protein nanoparticle
Upon completion, participant will be able to learn how to engineer the protien particle surface
