Current Trends in Complex Oral Formulations & Digital Developments

Within the CRS Workshop "Oral Drug Delivery - Technology of Today and Tomorrow", this presentation will lay the foundation of the Workshop Session 2 on "The Role of Excipients in Oral Drug Delivery". It will provide a brief overview of the variety of complex oral formulations and then provide insights on the role of digitalization in formulation development, as well as providing few highlighted applications.
