DARRYL N. WILLIAMS, PhD is the Franklin Institute’s Senior Vice President of Science, Education, and Human Resources overseeing all aspects of science and educational programming, as well as the capacity building talent management strategy. Dr. Williams has previous leadership experience in nonprofit, federal government, and higher education directing a range of programs and research focused on STEM teaching and learning, designing formal and informal STEM learning environments, and STEM workforce development. Dr. Williams earned his B.S. in chemical engineering from Hampton University and his M.S. and Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
