Dr. Daniel A. Heller, PhD, is Head of the Cancer Nanomedicine Laboratory, Member in the Molecular Pharmacology Program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Professor in the Weill Cornell Graduate School. Heller was a Damon Runyon Fellow in Robert Langer's lab at MIT. He is a 2012 NIH Director’s New Innovator Awardee, 2015 Kavli Fellow, 2018 American Cancer Society Research Scholar, 2018 CRS Nanomedicine and Nanoscale Drug Delivery Focus Group Junior Faculty Awardee, 2018 NSF CAREER Awardee, and a 2021 AIMBE Fellow. His work focuses on the development of nanoscale technologies for the treatment, diagnosis, and research of cancer.
