Dr Rampado graduated in Pharmacy at the University of Padova with a thesis on folate receptor-targeted gold nanoparticles. He pursued his PhD at his Alma Mater developing biomimetic nanovesicles to target inflammation and solid tumors. He then moved to Tel Aviv University as postdoc to investigate LNPs as drug delivery systems for RNA-based therapy of colitis. He is currently establishing a collaboration between Tel Aviv and Padova to further investigate LNPs to treat glioblastoma.
