Mona Belaid is completing a Joint PhD in Pharmaceutical Science at King's College London and National University of Singapore. Her project focuses on exploring the potential of mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles (MSC-EVs) as novel therapeutics for inflammatory bowel disease, with a focus on oral delivery. After her PhD, Mona wants to continue working in research to advance scientific knowledge and medical innovation. Her interests include nanomedicine, drug delivery, regenerative medicine and aging research.
