Hailing from the world of academia, Charli received her Masters of Biochemistry from the University of Bath; during this time, she enjoyed the privilege of working at both the Wellcome Sanger Institute near Cambridge on yeast proteomics and the Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine in Oxford on mouse genomics, before continuing her dissertation project on fish genomics after graduating. Charli’s first two years at Catalent were as part of the Analytical Development team, where the solid grounding in analytical techniques she learned became hugely useful when she moved to the Formulation Development team; she hasn’t looked back since!
