Dr. Biana Godin earned her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. She completed postdoctoral fellowship in Cancer Nanotechnology at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center (UTHSC) in Houston. Current research in Dr. Godin's lab in the field of nanomedicine and physiologically relevant disease models is funded by federal, state and foundation grants. Dr. Godin has > 200 scientific publications with >14.5K citations (h index=51). She holds academic positions at the Department of Nanomedicine and ObGyn in the Houston Methodist Research Institute, Department of ObGyn, Weill Cornell Medicine College, New York, Cancer Center and Center for RNA therapeutics Houston Methodist Hospital, as well as Adjunct Faculty positions at the Department of ObGyn UTHSC and Department of Biomedical Engineering, Texas A&M.
