Arthur Tipton, Ph.D., a consultant aiding in the next generation of drug delivery products. He held leadership roles in three drug delivery start-ups, playing a key role in each to a public offering or acquisition. Dr. Tipton holds 43 U.S. patents; his inventive efforts have led to several publications and multiple commercial products. He is an elected member of National Academy of Engineering , National Academy of Inventors, College of Fellows for AIMBE and CRS, where he served as president in 2015. He holds a Ph.D. in polymer science and engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
