Bhavana Morankar is a Ph.D student in Biomathematics at North Carolina State University under the advisement of Dr. David F Katz. Her research includes developing mathematical models of mucosal drug delivery to help inform experimental designs and interpretations of PK studies in animals and humans. Bhavana is also interested in mathematicaly modeling embryonic development.
