Julia Baena has a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and an MSc in Biomedical Research from Pompeu Fabra University. Currently, she is a PhD student in María José Alonso Lab, at the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain. She conducts her research within the European NOSEVAC Consortium, funded by the European Union, aimed at developing novel nasal vaccines against respiratory pathogens.
