Namita Nabar is a fifth-year graduate student in the Department of Chemical Engineering at MIT, working in the lab of Professor Paula Hammond. Prior to joining MIT, Namita received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with Honors from Stanford University. Namita’s research focuses on developing lipid nanoparticle surface chemistries for targeted delivery of genetic therapeutics, in the contexts of diseases including ovarian cancer and sickle cell disease.
