Sandra Shahriar is a Ph.D. candidate in Prof. Chun Wang’s Polymeric Biomaterials Laboratory and the Department of Biomedical Engineering, University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, Minnesota. She received her bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in 2021. She specializes in synthesis and characterization of liquid polymers for controlled drug release, including work on a novel melanoma vaccine.
