Robert Kirian is a graduate student in the Fischell Department of Bioengineering at the University of Maryland, College Park. Robert is a member of the Zierden Lab and is investigating the use of bacterial extracellular vesicles (bEVs) as a novel vaginal drug delivery platform for targeting and treating gynecologic and obstetric conditions.
