Shichen Li is a graduate student from the School of Pharmacy, University of Pittsburgh. Her research interests are the development of innovative cancer therapies using targeted delivery platforms, aiming to improve treatment outcomes by enhancing drug accumulation at tumor sites while minimizing off-target effects. She works on designing and optimizing nanocarriers capable of delivering a wide range of therapeutics, including small-molecule chemotherapeutic agents and larger biomacromolecules such as nucleic acids or proteins.
