Nicolas (“Nick”) Marzolini is an MD/PhD candidate at the University of Pennsylvania in his third year of the combined degree program. He obtained his bachelors' degree in chemical engineering and is currently pursuing a PhD in bioengineering. Nick's interests are in nanomedicine as it pertains to targeted drug delivery to the lungs and central nervous system. Particular areas of interest include pulmonary arterial hypertension, stroke, neurodegeneration, and mood/psychotic disorders.
