Liza Guner is a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at Rowan University in the laboratory of Dr. Rachel Riley. For her research, she was awarded a Predoctoral Fellowship by the NJDOH/NJCCR. Liza has presented at numerous conferences, including an invited talk at the Dr. Anna Marie Skalka Annual Cancer Research Symposium. In 2022, Liza received her B.B.E from the University of Delaware. There, she worked with Drs. Emily Day and John Slater, testing gold nanoparticles in microfluidic devices.
