Lindsay is a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at McMaster University. She has an HBSc in Chemistry from McMaster University. Lindsay has worked as a research assistant in the Sheardown Lab for the last ten years, focusing on projects related to nanoparticles, polymers, contact lenses, and injectable hydrogels. Her research areas include polymer synthesis and characterization, in vitro, and in vivo testing of polymer materials for ophthalmic use.
