Assistant Professor
Technion- Israel Institute of Technology, Israel
At the Technion, my lab develops biomimetic nanoparticles (NPs) to treat neurodegenerative diseases, brain injuries, and breast/ovarian cancers. We aim to lead in targeted NPs for mRNA, proteins, and small molecules. Key breakthroughs include (1) enzyme delivery for pancreatic cancer, (2) macrophage-mimicking drug delivery, and (3) neuron-mimetic NPs. I’ve received over 15 international and national awards, including an ERC grant to explore oral drug delivery via breast milk NPs.
