I am Dr. Harsha Jain, a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Experimental Therapeutics at the University of Iowa. My current research focuses on developing microneedle-based transdermal drug delivery systems for migraine therapy. I hold a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics with expertise in both conventional and advanced drug delivery systems, including nano/micro-particles, lipid-based formulations, and topical gels. I have hands-on experience with in vivo/ex vivo pharmacokinetic studies, skin permeation, and various analytical techniques. I am passionate about creating patient-friendly drug delivery platforms with strong translational potential.
