Executive Director Sheila Alexander-Reid is a powerhouse in the field of Social Inclusion, formerly known as Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging (DEIA&B). Her academic background from Spelman College, coupled with certificates from Cornell University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, underscore her extensive knowledge and expertise. She currently oversees PHL Diversity, a division of the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau, where she promotes Philadelphia’s culture to highlight it as an inclusive and welcoming destination for Black, Brown, LGBTQ, and faith-based meetings and conventions.
