Hannah Zierden is an Assistant Professor in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Maryland. Her research interests are mucosal drug delivery, gynecologic and obstetric health, and extracellular vesicles. Her lab is currently exploring the use of vaginal microbe-derived extracellular vesicles as novel drug delivery carriers for the women's health outcomes.
