As drug discovery progresses, generating more poorly soluble drug candidates, there is an increased need for efficient solubilization technologies for both parenteral and oral medications. This session will focus on two novel excipients: ApisolexTM and ApinovexTM polymers, designed to enable high concentrated drug products. ApisolexTM polymer, a polyaminoacid based ingredient enhances the solubility of hydrophobic drugs in injectable formulations, and ApinovexTM is a polyacrylic based excipient that stabilizes active pharmaceutical ingredients as amorphous solid dispersions for oral use. The presentation will highlight case studies demonstrating their solubilization performance compared to other solubilizers. These innovations in excipient technology are key to improving drug solubility and advancing drug delivery systems.
