Long-acting injectables improve the quality of life, especially for patients living with chronic diseases. These life-changing injectables are proven to increase efficacy and adherence to treatment. A wide range of delivery technologies have been developed for various modalities within pharmaceutical products. PharmaShell technology, a new delivery system for long-acting injectables, offers high drug load solutions for both biologics and low-molecular pharmaceuticals. It uses a protective coating on drug particles for precise delivery and prolonged drug release.
