Optoelectronic Technologies for Leadless Modulation of Cells with Sub-Cellular Resolution

Optoelectronic micro- and nanomaterials enable the leadless modulation of cells with unprecedented sub-cellular resolution. These modulations include local intracellular bioelectrical stimulation, thermal poration, or in situ generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). In this talk, I will present our latest mechanistic study, which describes these technologies and their potential.
