Immuno Delivery
We previously developed an immunoactive complex consisting of a polyethyleneimine derivative (2E’), paclitaxel (PTX), and cyclic dinucleotide (CDN) for chemoimmunotherapy of solid tumors [1]. 2E’ carries PTX and CDN and stimulates antigen-presenting cells. PTX induces immunogenic cell death, and CDN activates the STING pathway. Here, we examined the efficacy of 2E’/PTX/CDN complex in different types of tumors and investigated a strategy to improve therapeutic outcome in the immune-cold B16F10 melanoma model.
