Dr. Thiruganesh Ramasamy is an expert in drug delivery, product development, and nanoparticle formulation, with over 12 years of R&D experience with a strong foundation in both early-stage and late-stage formulation sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and has authored 50+ peer-reviewed publications, 4 patents, and has over 4,500 citations. Dr. Ramasamy previously worked as a Formulation Scientist at MantraBio, CA, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at UPMC, PA (2016–2020). At ATCC, he leads initiatives to develop novel formulations and platform technologies for cryopreservation, dry-state preservation, and lyophilization of microorganisms and extracellular vesicles.
