(212) AI-Empowered LNP Discovery for Organ-Targeted RNA Delivery

Introduction:

Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) are the leading non-viral platform for delivering large RNA payloads, but organ-specific delivery remains a major challenge. We developed AiLNP, an AI-driven discovery platform, to rationally design first-in-class and best-in-class LNPs with targeted delivery to specific organs, accelerating RNA therapeutic development.

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe how AI and high-throughput in vivo screening enable design of LNPs for RNA delivery.
  • Summarize the organ and cell-type tropism and delivery efficiency of AI-empowered targeted LNPs.
