Jie Luo is a tenure-track Assistant Professor at Purdue University's College of Pharmacy. Before joining Purdue University, I have published two advanced tissue-clearing techniques in Nature Biotechnology (2 papers). I introduce tissue clearing techniques to visualize nanoparticle or virus distribution throughout the entire mouse body at single-cell resolution. Moreover, my techniques could visualize the physiology and pathology throughout the entire mouse body at an unprecedented resolution.
