Akash Gupta, PhD, is a postdoctoral researcher in the labs of Profs. Dan Anderson and Robert Langer at MIT. His research focuses on engineering delivery vehicles and RNA-therapeutics for vaccine development and cancer immunotherapy. He received his PhD from UMass Amherst where he worked on engineering nanomaterial design to treat multi-drug-resistant bacterial infections. He has published over 30 scientific papers, and is an inventor on more than 5 granted and pending patents.
