Dr. Ezequiel Coscueta is an Assistant Researcher at CBQF and an Invited Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Biotechnology, Universidade Católica Portuguesa. He holds a PhD in Biological Sciences and a BSc in Biotechnology. His research focuses on green chemistry, peptidomics, and nanotechnology, with a particular interest in applications for the nutraceutical industry. As Principal Investigator of the gBiOT project, he leads the development of nanotechnological strategies to enhance intestinal health.
