Sarah S. Nasr did her PhD at the Helmholtz Institute for Pharmaceutical Research Saarland ( full PhD Scholarship, MOHESR, Egypt). She trained under Prof. Claus-Michael Lehr on developing protein/peptide/proteoid-based NA delivery carriers. She is now a postdoc associate at Respiratory NanoBioengineering (RnB) lab, Department of BioE, UMD, College Park, focused on pulmonary NA delivery. She is a CRS-YSC member leading “Back-to-Basics” and the new “Open Doors in the CRS” initiatives.
