Ceren Kimna is a postdoctoral scientist at Helmholtz Munich, Institute of Intelligent Biotechnologies. She is a chemical engineer and earned her PhD from the Technical University of Munich. Her research focuses on designing smart drug delivery systems and targeted nucleic acid therapies. She uses tissue clearing and light-sheet imaging to visualize nanoparticle biodistribution in whole mouse bodies in 3D.
