Mark Schwartz is a 5th-year PhD candidate working in Dr. Richard Price’s lab at the University of Virginia. He employs low-dose anti-vascular drugs to augment the effects of focused ultrasound (FUS) on a range of anti-tumor therapies in breast cancer and melanoma models. After graduating this year, Mark hopes to apply his medical research skills to a career in health policy.
